Dr. Raminderpal Singh
Senior Technical Staff Member, IBM
IPecosystem Technical Lead, GSA

Raminderpal Singh is a Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM's 300mm Semiconductor Fab in East Fishkill, NY.  He leads a cross-functional team developing methods and applications for semiconductor tool matching and variability reduction, as well as being a lead member of the fab's Lean team. Raminderpal has published two books, as well as contributed chapters to two books.  In 2003, he was named one of the top thirteen Influencers in the Semiconductor industry by EETimes. Currently, he is the Technical Lead for GSA’s IPecosystem Tool Suite.

Walter Ng
Vice President of Design Enablement Alliances, Design Services Division

Walter Ng is Vice President of Design Enablement Alliances at Chartered Semiconductor. In this role he is responsible for Chartered's overall relationships with third-party Design Enablement partners including the execution of EDA, Library and IP technical developments. In previous roles, Walter has led the company's collaboration with IBM and Samsung to define the strategy and implementation for Common Platform™ design enablement at 90 nanometer (nm) and 65nm. Walter has been in the electronic design and EDA industry for more than 18 years.

David Schwan
Engineering Manager, CAD and Layout
RF Micro Devices (RFMD)

David Schwan is a CAD and Layout Manager for RFMD and works in the Multi-Market Product group (formerly Sirenza Microdevices). He is responsible for all tool support for the MPG division; which includes Analog, Digital, and RF tools; System level design, front-end design, and back end design. He is the author of numerous papers in CAD methodology and IP. He has two patents pending. He is a member of the GSA Mixed-Signal subcommittee, and is an active participant in the design and implementation of GSA’s IPecosystem Tool Suite.

Adam Traidman
President and CEO
Chip Estimate Corporation

Prior to joining Chip Estimate, Adam ran North America West sales at Hier Design, an FPGA design automation company acquired by Xilinx in 2004. His industry experience includes various management and technical roles at Adaptec, Monterey Design Systems, Texas Instruments, and the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he received a B.S. in Computer and Systems Engineering.
