Preferred Hotel

FSA's preferred hotel for guests traveling to Silicon Valley for FSA events is the Fairmont San Jose.
The FSA rate is $179, based on availablity. To book a room at the FSA rate, call 1.800.441.1414 and provide the FSA name or visit www.fairmont.com, choose the Fairmont San Jose from the “Hotel and Resorts” tab, and enter the FSA promotion code FAFSA5051048. Please note that blackout dates apply - January 24, February 7, 14 & 28, March 14, 21 & 28, April 3, May 8 and October 16. Payment is the responsibility of each individual, and rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Flight Information

A discount on domestic and international flights on American Airlines is available to guests flying to Silicon Valley.

To book your airfare now, complete the following steps:

• Call American Airlines tollfree at 1.800.433.1790

• Provide FSA's authorization number: 2817SS

• Provide the reservation desk with your AAdvantage number, request upgrades and seat assignment at time of ticketing.

• Once the reservation is completed, provide your personal credit card to purchase ticket.
