Dr. Robert Pepper GSA Director Emeritus; Chairman of the Board KeyEye Communications

Dr. Robert Pepper retired from Intel where he was president of Level One Communications, Inc., an Intel Company, and vice president of Intel's Network Communications Group. He presently serves as chairman of the board of KeyEye Communications, Inc., and Varatouch Technology, Inc., both Sacramento-based start-up companies. In addition he is a board member of Silicon Optix, Inc.

A founding member of FSA’s Board of Directors, Pepper has been involved in the semiconductor industry for more than 40 years.

He earned his bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and doctorate in electrical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
